Please make plans to come on your assigned day during your assigned time!

Students should report to the High School foyer at their assigned time.

REQUIRED FOR PICK UP:

-SIGNED FORM BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN

-BACKPACK

-BRING YOUR CHROMEBOOK BACK (IF CHECKED OUT)

-KNOW YOUR GOOGLE GMAIL PASSWORD

If you can have your parent print and sign the form below, they don’t need to come with you! Just bring the form. If you need us to print your form, bring your parent with you.

You should also bring a backpack to safely transport your MacBook to your house!

These are the only times we’re able to give out MacBooks, but if you are unable to make it during your assigned time, email Caleb White at [email protected] to see if other options are available.
